Documents and Contracts

As a registered and upstanding cattery of TICA standards, it is our duty and our goal to provide our customers, ourselves, and most importantly, our cats, with the most accurate and detailed paperwork, in order to provide a greater guarantee to the cat and its owner.

Adoption Contract: A document to be signed by both buyer and seller, in order to declare the price of purchase, description of kitten purchased, and as a summary of all conditions agreed to upon legal ownership of your new kitten.

Health Guarantee: A document to be signed by both buyer and seller, in order to clarify and declare specific rules and recommendations on the upkeep of you cat's health and wellness.

Contract Terms and Conditions for Adoption: A document to be signed by both buyer and seller, in order to clarify and explain all points and agreements given in the Adoption contract.
